But finally I am starting to grasp how important carbs are for growth, and for getting cut up.
Currently trying to lean up somewhat, and trying a little different shtick.
1.5 g/kilo bodyweight fast carbs PWShake and a third protein, with some creatine.
Then 60 minutes later, 2 g/kilo bodyweight complex carbs (usually a big bowl of rice or pasta) and a the same amount of protein as in the PWShake.
It has improved my metabolism a lot, and my performance is much better as well. Just a great feeling overall.
I keep the general carb/fat/protein ratio more balanced throughout the rest of the day. Getting lots of healthy fats, and veggies.
Feels like a new start.
