Just woundering if anyone knew of any good books that covers HST or similar workout techniques from beginner to advance? please post Thank you.

Starting Strength comes highly recommended, The only problem is it seems only available to US customers

If you set up an account at amazon.com (instead of amazon.co.uk), you can order the book and ship it to anywhere in the world.

Can you not order it from www.startingstrength.com and have it send them to you? Amazon isn't any cheaper in this case.

Hopefully Bryan's HST book will be ready soon. In another thread a few weeks ago it was mentioned that it is 99% complete.
