BMR calculators

I see many BMR calculators online that only need your bodyweight to calculate your daily caloric needs.Some others add the activity level.

Is this so simple?I thought that the calculation of caloric needs is based on LBM and not in total mass.A person at 80 Kg with 10% bodyfat burns the same calories daily with someone at 80kg with 30%?Or there is a difference but not so big and it's not counting much?
