Can't quite "slow" down the eccentric when squatting, benching or military pressing?
Take one inertia seatbelt, affix (centrally) to the top of your squat rack/cage, fasten the belt to your barbell.
Not only will it teach/make the decent slower (locking and turning the rep into a stutter-rep: V. annoying), but also acts as a safety spotter...
