G Grooveongreg Member Oct 13, 2013 #3 Lengthen quads & hip flexors . Stretch regular. shortern hamstrings and activate glutes. Strengthen core , lengthen spinae erector also foam rolling on quads, piriformis , lower back and hip flexors help.
