Hi My name is Dave (like ys couldn't tell ) and I've just discovered this site. I'd love to give this HST a try cause I been doing weight training for a while but am not making any gains. My goal to put on roughly 10-15 pounds of good solid muscle. I'm 20 years old, about 6'0 tall and weight about 155 lbs. I'd like to weigh in at around 170 or so. Im a ectomorph so do different rules apply as to how I must train?
