5 day cycle

hi all, i am planning to do a 5 day cycle, in other words, i will be working out 5 days a week.

This is how it goes;
Tuesday =Compound
Wednesday =Isolation
Thursday =Compound
Friday =Isolation
Saturday =Compound

Would this be a good idea? Please comment :)
 
Are these full body sessions each day or is it an effort to bring up a lagging bodypart? Do you have an example of exercises used?
