    I continue to find the my biceps respond best to heavy straight bar curls. My training partner just started doing incline dumbbells, and I may add them in, but I'd be hard pressed to remove heavy curls from my training. I have never found that I responed particularly well to EZ curl preachers...

    Supplementation on Day Off or Cardio Day

    Thanks Mindwraith / Calkid, I want to be sure that I'm getting steady nutrition to the body, so I'm still trying to establish my diet for all scenerios. I don't want to underfeed, but I don't want to be using supplements that won't benifit either.

    CLA

    I use CLA by ProLab. I buy it a Sport Nutrition Depot, where it is significanlty less expensive than the EAS, for the same quanitity and ingredients. Hope that helps.

    As far as supplementation with Creatine, Glutamine etc, do you treat your training / non training days the same? If you train on Monday, but are off Tuesday, what differences would I see in what you take? Thanks
