    First week of HST...question

    You might want to go Saturday and Sunday back to back....rest Monday then begin week two on Tuesday. You will probably want to keep the volume low on Saturday and Sunday....maybe only do 1 set per exercise. I think that will get you back on track. Joe G

    15 RM day

    Ideally you should be hitting failure on your 15th rep. If you got 15 reps easily on your first set and only got 10 on your second set than I would say you need a longer break between sets. You meant 15 reps* not set* right? Joe G

    eating out too much cals??

    You certainly don't need 3,000 calories a day at 145 lbs. so if you dont meet that requirement for the day don't sweat. I also think a lb. a week is a good way to put on weight, by that I mean I dont think its too fast. Like Totentanz said you can always cut it off later. Joe G

    Spyke, Your not 28% body fat. Bathroom scales that claim to give bf% are garbage. I am at 13% (when done with calipers by a trainer) and those scales read me in at 25%. Your gonna have to get it done at your gym to find out what you really are. Joe G
