    Cluster training

    Do you think that relying on the abilityto cluster a weight for specific reps can eventually lead to making the weights heavier than neccessary? I know that if I were going to pick my 3 rep max but I knew I could cluster it into 3 mini sets I would pick a higher weight. Joe G

    The only time I ever worry about my salt intake is when my muscles start cramping up a lot. Then I try and have a little bit more salt with my meals. I certainly don't think you have to be thinking about your salt intake unless you are having problems. Joe G

    I wouldn't say this is spicing it up but you can't go wrong with a tuna melt on an english muffin. Just take it out of the can put some mayo on it, toast the english muffins, slap some cheese on it and melt it in the microwave. Very simple. Joe G
