Mr. Haycock please make an SST plan!

No need at all to defend yourself, savage. You're right I'd say. When you become more advanced SST becomes more targeted. I think one of the things a scientifically based SST program would come up with is a way to compare strength in compound movements to the relative strength of the same...

    AAS & Tolerances.

Trust Swale. I've never had to do anything that required HCG, I can only refer on that one. The volume will be essentially the same in PCT. May even go up the way you've planned it. Stick to the split, lower it to one set per exercise. Or you could go on/off/on/off. Trick during PCT is to...

    It's like meat...sort of.

A reasonable point, but it's easily solved: eat real meat.

    AAS & Tolerances.

M1T will completely shut you down within 3 days for most people. So to be honest, as far as ease of PCT it probably doesn't matter at this stage. If I were you I'd get some HCG as quickly as possible and start running it. That'll help get your nads back in order to make PCT a bit smoother. It is...

Mr. Haycock please make an SST plan!

That's true, but I think an SST program like we'd think of it would follow the HST model. You'd have a set of principles that are applicable to all people with a sort of one size fits all program offered just as a start for anyone who is interested.

    It's like meat...sort of.

They were letting customers know it was made from fungus. As long as it's safe and not killing people, does it really matter what type?

    AAS & Tolerances.

It's probably more like six or seven pounds of water, a few of fat and the remainder is muscle. Even so that's a solid gain. There could be a billion reasons why gains stop. With one of the newer steroids on the market, Superdrol, gains seem to top out for almost everyone after three weeks...

    Ryan Reynolds

If he hit that bf% without steroids I'd be very, very surprised. An almost definite case of judicious use of "sports medicine."

    Top Supplements?!

Tribulus is useless. As for arginine I've seen one study from the University of Texas that suggests it's possible increased blood flow may help build muscle, but that's a long, long jump to saying arginine helps. That said, the pumps have a great psychological benefit. As long as the discussion...

    stregth ratio

It's not just the amount of muscle that's involved though. Pulls just tend to be easier than pushes for most people because the movements are distinctly different.. I do believe in a balance though. If you're pull is way ahead of your push for the opposing muscle group, I think you should tweak...

I'm not Vicious, but I think you're already dropping low enough in the amount of work per set to compromise TUT.

    Kre-Alkalyn or Creatine Ethyl Ester

Lack of research does suck. Basically as long as I'm sure it's not going to kill or harm me in any way, I'll give it a try. A lot of people report that the CEE is incredible at first, but then wears off, even when you take some time off and start again. Now ALRI has come out with this new...

    The importance of Isolation exercises?

Also different compounds will put different stress on different muscles. Dips and bench presses will engage the triceps differently, depending on form and range of movement. Good compounds will always be the core of a good workout. Isolation exercises are good for developing individual groups...

    opinions wanted

Seems to me like he got good results, and what's more he stuck to it over time. My body fat % isn't too far under his, so I know what it's like to not feel your making too much a difference. Bottom line is though, it takes a lot of time and effort to mess your body up to that point, and it's...

    Kre-Alkalyn or Creatine Ethyl Ester

The price of creatine ethyl ester is coming down. I believe Nutra Planet has the lowest price per kilo now. It's still more expensive than monohydrate, and there are no studies showing comparable or greater effectiveness or safety.

    Workout Drink

That's a good option and something I've done before. Some unflavored whey in a gatorade, shake well, and you're set.

    Workout Drink

I usually just drink water. It's easy to mistake thirst for hunger. There'd be nothing wrong with drinking gatorade during a workout.
