    That is a large red beef patty that is 90% lean. I've looked at the others that are 80% and 85% and they are much worse... Unless I'm just missing something here... Has anyone else out there been able to find leaner red meat?

    Drop Sets???

    I plan to use them this cycle once I hit my 5's. Bascially the last set of the exercise is a drop set. I've heard they are best during 5s (four weeks) but others as you see have sucess doing them straight thru... I dont' plan to fail, only get that "unbearable burn" =)

    I wouldn't stop. If you wanted to lower it you could go down to 0.8g per pound of body weight, MAYBE lower (we'll see what other say). But you definately don't want to stop.
