    I just like to allways use both out of preference. I try to keep things simple, those 2 go a long way with dips and chins for full coverage. That's basically my main routine, the big four, clean and press, arm exercise, calves.

    I used hammer curls at first when i learned that the stretch moves are better for growth. It helped alot. I talked to Vicious and he said regular incline curls, instead of the incline hammers, give more stretch. I find it to be true through practice thus far.

    Same here. When i've done things very meticulously, results are great. I don't think it's really worth it to put too much thought into it though. I put way too much into it and have fallen into a pit of putting together a diet, reading something new, changing it, reading, changing ... Results...
