    Step 1) Turn on calculator. Step 2) You say you're at 25% bf, so 228*.25 = 57. Step 3) 228-57 = 171. Voila. Protein and carbohydrates both have 4 Kcal/g. Fat has 9 Kcal/g. Alcohol has 7ish Kcal/g.
