    Why 2 weeks for every rep change????

    I dont understand. Why not one week for every rep change, for example from 10 to 5s. Woudlnt that allow more hypertrophy since you can increase the increment more. Also wouldnt also allow you to reach your max faster which would also create more hypertrophy? Thanks for answering

    4 am/Pm workouts instead of 3

    I dont understand why for HST, we only do 3 workouts. Why after the 3 rd workout we rest for 2 instead of just 1 day? If i do 4 AM/PM workouts a week, instead of 3, and resting 1 day after each, would that be beneficial or bad?

    Please explain why 15s arent for growth

    I realize that hst is based on increment, rep changes, and weight changes. According to this, 15, 10, and 5s should all contribute to equal growth. I dont understand what makes 15s more for joint relief than growth? Is it because 15 is too many reps, or the weight we use for 15s are too light?

    Too much calcium?

    Post workout carbs too much?

    I use to think you should go by the 2:1 ratio for carbs: protein post workout. However, lately I ve been reading some artciles that say carbs should be around 140 g. I am doing AM/Pm workout for HST, that would mean 280 g of carbs is already from post workout, I dont know, but I think it too much.
