That would be SST really, instead of DST.

Opinions: Diet (Weight Loss) Specific Training

Weight loss is mostly diet and cardio combined, you can't really "tune" your program for weight loss. This kind of goes along with the "high reps for toning muscles" myth. You can add some intensity boosters to make you sweat more during a workout, which aids in fat loss...

    HST and Westside

I'm doing HST now, and I plan on doing 3 cycles of pure HST (halfway through 2nd now). After that, I plan on using Westside training, to really add a lot of strength. I haven't given it a ton of thought yet, but would it be possible to merge HST and Westside...

Straight Legged vs regular Dead lifts

Cool...McRobert is a very smart man, reading Beyond Brawn twice really changed everything I though about lifting.

Ok... I've decided to pay more attention my diet

I don't know about supplementing in 144g of protein, that's a tad much IMO, you should be getting a lot from solid foods (meat, dairy). As for how much, it's been safely tested that 1.3g/lb of bodyweight showed no adverse effects on kidneys. But be sure to drink plenty of water. So for you...

    HST For Dummies

I measured them in different spots. I measured chest at the nipple, and I measured shoulders about 2 inches above that. And they were both flexed measurements.

Chest was always my worst bodypart I thought, I had no chest at all (kind of sounds weird ), but HST changed that.

    HST For Dummies

Well that was how I designed the program, simple. I was coming off reading Beyond Brawn and following an abbreviated program, so the only thing I had on my mind was overtraining. I'm not really concentrating on isolating any muscles right now, I wanted to add just overall mass, and military...

cutting and bulking in the same cycle

Why?? High reps do nothing to get you cut, it's a myth. Cutting is all about diet.

    HST For Dummies

I posted this on another forum in response to all of the HST questions being popped (mainly 'What is HST?). This is all stuff that can be found on the main page, but I summed it up, and it helped a lot of people, so I hope it will do the same here...

    HST Workout Thread

I don't knock on machines if that's what you think, I would probably use some of them if I was a memeber at a gym. I really wish I had a calf raise machine

    1x15, 2x10, 3x5 worked well for me.

That's an interesting routine, almost all machines. How many cycles have you done this with? And were the results good?
