New and Check my First Routine

I'm more interested right now in initiation and elongation factors but Ca2++ and NFAT are cool too. All seem to tie back to mTOR in some form or fashion anyhow.

    HST Challenged by HIT

Why should anyone have to defend anything? It is what it is. My recommendation is learn all you can, and if YOU feel it's warranted YOU go back and defend YOUR beliefs.

    HST Challenged by HIT

Here is the correct link for this study. Secondly, and I am not defending anyone just making a note and not quite understanding how this challenges HST if anything it would challenge the 1X week, 1 set to failure routine. Ok, at least it isn't 4 week or acute. moderate frequency, that's good...

    bodyfat question

I have heard some trainers call the Core BF% as the percent of total BF carried around your waist (in men) and around the hips (in women). In your case 25% of the 12.8% BF is carried around your waist. Who or where did you have your BF tested?

The biggy, in my eyes, is the effect of CNS activation and drain when doing forced negs, which can be counter productive if trying to extend the cycle beyond a week or so of negs. The increased recovery needed wouldn't prove to be beneficial unless going directly into a deloading or total SD...

    Protein/Creatine and Renal Function

Even some work as high as 2.6g/Kg showed no ill effect in chronic ingestion. Agreed, as I posted in the other thread this also depends, not only on amount, but also type.

Can protein eating patterns be manipulated to put

This depends on type of protein. Milk, Egg White and Cheese do not affect GFR the same as meat. Edited note: Naturally it depends on amount also.
