    not really fats and carbs together will make you "fatter"... more like high gi carbs and saturated fats... :)

    Negatives

    During the eccentric (negatives) phase of HST, how do the negatives work? How much more of your one rep max do you use for the negatives and do you increase the weight of the negative each workout or leave it the same for the 2 weeks? any help is appreciated .
