    When you are on the last workouts on each cycle (ie, with 100% of your max) do you go to failure or still stop at the rep range? Thanks

    If you previous training was predominantly low reps and utilised bands and very few additional exercises do you still need the 9-14 day rest? Wouldn't going from 1-5 reps to 15 reps be enough of a shock on the system to get it growing

    When you drop from 15 reps to 10 how does it still overload the muscle if you only add a bit more weight.
