Im talking about :
Routine A : M - W - F : upper body
Routine B : T - Th - S : down body
In fact in a week you will train a-b-a-b-a-b.
Do you have a routine example for this ?

i´m wondering if you write your 6 days a week routine , i´m just finished my 3 days a week cycle and I´d like train more days .
So , any routine A-B-A-B-A-B will be appreciated .
