I've been looking for an alternative to Drive+ (Sorry Bryan, I was a faithful consumer, but the budget is getting tight these days).
I'm mixing egg & casein protein and then looking for a good, cheap carb to mix in for a post-workout meal. I think I found my solution with infant oatmeal...
I eat eggs with a 3:1 white to yolk ratio.
Don't know how much science there is with that, but for taste, it works for me.
I eat eggs every day, usually a 3:1 in the morning, and then again before bed if my protien/calories are low.
I said 1, but it depends on your definition of body part.
I do squats, leg curls, & calves. Do you consider that 3 leg exercises, or 1 quad, 1 ham, & 1 calf exercise?
Let them criticize. They’re wrong. HST works!
I’m in my 5th cycle and, although it took a few for me to get it right & break old habits, I am really starting to grow now. I’m 31 and in the best shape of my life (hey, I sound like a bowflex commercial). I can’t WAIT to hit the beaches this...
Finding a good one has been tough.

Eat 1 g protein / lb body weight. 20 - 25% of total calories from fats. Fill the rest of your diet with as many good, high fiber...
I've been working the C&P into my HST program, but I think my technique is off.
When I move into the front squat I sem to lose my balance. Some times I'm winding up on my toes, other times my kness angle outwards and I'm not sitting far enough back and all teh weight is out in front of me...

To lose fat you must eat below your BMR, to gain muscle you must eat above your BMR.
So, in what quantities are you eating those foods?
I suggest...
I've read that sodium depletion is one of the main ways to obtain muscle hardness b/c it sucks the water out from under the skin.
Does anyone know how to do this? Do you sodium load first? How long? How much? How low do you need to bring your sodium level? down to zero? It seems like nearly...
