If i nail the first set but im failing the second one
What is consider to be my RM?
The wight on the first set or the wight i managed to pull 2 sets with?
In that case, it will look like this :(?)
10s
First and second week as always
Third week the all week every workout same wights for 10RM
5s
Then 2 weeks of 5s as always.
Then another 3 weeks (week 5-8) of 5s when every workout i do the same wights for 5RM
is that sound about right?

Next week im going to my third round of HST and properly stop bulking and start cutting, i hate be more then 16% and now im about 14-15%
I feel that the block of 10 is great for me and also the 5 block.

In the last 4 mounths of training with the HST program i gained an avrage of 1.1 KG.
Fat 0.5-0.7 KG
Fat free mass (ffm) 0.4-0.6 KG.
This month gained 0.9 KG
Fat 0.9 KG
Fat free mass (ffm) 0!! KG.
