Skipping Days

    I'll apologize ahead of time if there is already a thread that deals with this subject. But, I couldn't find one.
    To what extent does it negatively impact my results if I have to skip two days or even three days between workouts? Sometimes work, family, or other issues keeps me from the gym an extra day or more so that Mon, Wed, Friday turns into Mon, Thurs, Sat, or whatever.

    Not a huge deal, just don't stuff your face with food after day 2 post workout.
