New to HST

Hi all,
Just wanted to say thanks for all the info on the sight. Looks like a lot of good people here too. I am looking to start HST in a couple of weeks. A little info on me (if you care). I just retired from the army and am looking to stay physically fit. I mainly want to gain some sized even tho I have 4 crushed disks in my lower back.
Well when I start I will post some before, during and after numbers on my 1st cycle.

p.s. any tips/exercises so I can protect my lower back?

Keep us up to date on your progress.

Take care of that back. I doubt you need me telling you this but I would avoid Barbell squats and deadlifts.
