I may start to work at UPS, which requires to lift light to heavy boxes for 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. Now, how would this affect my HST training and how would it affect my SD'ing? I am very confused on this!

No worries. HST isn't life, it just makes you look better while life happens to you.
