HST Frequency

I have read you do a workout every 48 hours with HST, but the schedule says Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Are Saturdays and Sundays off days?
 
yes mate they are rest days. then start again Mon, Wed, Fri. or you can change the days to suit you example: Tue, Thurs, Sat, rest Sun and Mon. start over.
 
You can workout EOD for an entire cycle if you wish; or every 36hrs, MWF is just easier in the majority of cases and allows a little extra recooperation at the weekends...
 
You can actually WO every day if you would like. This goes against the recommendation for newbies, and assumes volume will be cut down. Some people have tried frequencies of up to 12x/week (6x/week split AM/PM) with great success.

I would stick to the 3x/week frequency on a MWF schedule if you are new.
