ok so I am going for a 1.5:1 carb
ro ratio on workout days and a .75:1 on off days. I am going to try to be around the 310g protein range so that would be.....
workout days = 465:310
off days = 232:310
on workout days i will need to get 154 gram carbs for my post workout meal.
now the question...
is anyone willing to help me get this diet in effect? help me plan some meals that will let me hit these targets.
