"Fat burner" stopped working - now what?

At the end of my last HST cycle I started taking Hydroxycut to help me reach my BF% goal. For two weeks it was working great then seemed to stop, in fact (at 4 weeks) I'm starting to look "fatter" again.

Did my metabolism drop? If so, what do I do now?? How do I recover from this without gaining back all the fat I lost?

What is your weight and current BF ?
Was the last two weeks during your SD ?? (no training)

Training and Eating at or less than your new maintenance level.

Did you measure your BF or was it all visual?
as you could have been holding water
What version of hydroxycut do you use,
ephedra free, or the ephedra containing one?

Fat burners (they are not really, just just increase the sympathetic nervious system) are not magical. If you are wanting to get relatively lean, you have to have your diet in check, you aerobics in check and then worry about the "fat burners".
