Hi,
I recently got Will Brink's Muscle Building Nutrition Ebook that a few of you were talking about in an earlier post.
I calculated my diet, according to the books formula, and was wondering if you guys could give me feedback?
I'm 18, 158 lbs, probably around 11% bf or so...looking to gain lean mass when coupling clean bulking diet w/ hst cycle and hsn primer/driver + swole v2
Cals and Macro Brake Down:
Calories: 2873 calories/day
158 grams of protein
96 grams of fat
345 grams of carbohydrates
Average Meal (6 meals/day)
26.3 grams of protein
57.5 carbohydrates
16 grams of fat
Do these seem right? Anyone suggest any tweaking? Thanks..
Dave

At first glance, 2873/158 = 18 odd calories per pound of bodyweight.

I'd shoot for up to 25 calories per pound of bodyweight if you want to gain. This means 25 x 158 = 3950 calories.

3950 - 2873 = 1077 calories.

This is 270gm carbs or 120 gm fat :)
