I just finished my first cycle and I am now in my SD. For my 2nd cycle I want to make a few changes.
I would like to do a A/B rotation includiing
A B
Squat Deadlift
BB Bench Weighted Dip
BB Overhead Press Looking for alt. stay w/BB press?
Weighted Pull ups Penlay Row
Standing calf raise Seated calf raise(needed more calf stimulation, I have genetically strong calves and they like to extra work)
I will stay with 15,10,5 but I am increasing my volume so I want to try 2, 4, 6 for sets, increasing sets traditionally every two weeks.
I was doing abs at end of workout but since I am increasing sets and adding calves I will now do abs on Tuesday and Thursday.
