I've read lately of research showing that arginine is moving
away from non-essential amino acid to conditionally essential,
which for practical purposes for many may mean it is indeed
essential. i also found arginine to be one of the components
of creatine. So i wonder can our bodies use the arginine in
the excess creatine that might have been pissed away if it
sees a need for more arginine? Especially for those with
cardiovascular trouble arginine in higher doses has been a
help. Creatine may be a cheaper way to take it; for sure if
you are already using it for exercise.

Thanks for any help, Gyro.

To whom it may concern,
i spoke with a grad student locally who says my idea would
work. So extra creatine is not totally lost with your urine
if your body wants to use its componant amino acids for
other purposes. It is a cheaper source of arginine supplement
-ation compared to several alternatives i've looked at.

have a great day, gyro. :)
