I've read lately of research showing that arginine is moving
away from non-essential amino acid to conditionally essential,
which for practical purposes for many may mean it is indeed
essential. i also found arginine to be one of the components
of creatine. So i wonder can our bodies use the arginine in
the excess creatine that might have been pissed away if it
sees a need for more arginine? Especially for those with
cardiovascular trouble arginine in higher doses has been a
help. Creatine may be a cheaper way to take it; for sure if
you are already using it for exercise.
Thanks for any help, Gyro.
