Cookie Cutter routines would be nice!

A sticky post with half a dozen or so workouts would be cool. I know that in HST it's the principles that are important. They are not exercise specific. But still, a few routines as suggestions, or routines that people have used successfully, would be nice to see.

I've seen the one that Bryan made in the FAQ section (from the magazine interview) but that seemed to be geared toward more experienced lifters.

For example, I have seen this one posted as a suggestion for a 17 year old:

squats
bench-press db or bb
chins
dips
low pulley rows..or bent- over-rows
millatery press..or any shoulder-press
calf raises

If this were titled "Beginner's sample workout" and were found at the top of this forum, it would be very convenient, along with, as I said, 5 to ten more.

Just a thought!
