Has anyone incorporated the clean and press into their workout? If so, do you recommend it? Also, should I wear a belt when doing them? I'm looking for a good compound exercise that works the deltoids while hitting other muscle groups as well- killing a few birds with one stone. Thanks, Mike
I use them. When i abbreviated my routine about 8 months ago, i switched from Military Press and Shrugs to Clean and Press. As said, killing 2 birds with one stone.
Could always add in the "Bear" along with an over-head squat, before puting the weight down - now that truly is a compound movement
