Does anyone have any experience or information on the thermogenic properties of <span style='color:red'>cayenne</span>?
I have heard in the past that cayenne is effective at boosting metabolism.
Doing some research today I came across conflicting information (like always), some said it was only very minimally effective and at very high doses 3 grams+.
Another referred to a doctor that claimed a 25% increase in metabolism from cayenne supplementation.
Any thoughts?
