Hi guys,

I didn't get to finish my last cycle due to a holiday to Bali for 2 weeks. Anyway, I thought I'd post my new cycle just so 1. I can keep good tabs on my progress and 2. you guys can have a read.

The workout looks like this;

Squats (M, F) / Deadlifts (W)
Bench Press
Lat Pulldown (first set will always be attempted as Pull up)
Shoulder Press
Abs

Will post again with starting measurements.
