AST VP2 Whey Isolate protein

I have been looking for a good protein.  I see that HSN has its primer and driver product (which I ordered to try).  I also was intrigued by the claims made about this product, especially the report to be submitted at the American College of Sports Medicine's 49th Annual Meeting, 2002 in St Louis.

Here is the link to the information.  Anyone have any positive or negative experience with this product, or would I be best just using the driver and primer product?

the research study they show is for whey vs casein. VP2 is whey just like Primer is whey. There's no magic in VP2, it's just AST marketing hype. And casein has it's place in protein supplementation too, which is why there is Driver
