Depends, if it's oral then 1-ad, if transdermal one test. Personally, I'd go with transdermal one test.

If it's your first PH cycle, I might suggest using Nor-Aderm (19-nor). It generally will have minimal androgenic side effects & can be a good way to gauge your tolerance.
