    Definitely not. I do increase loads from cycle to cycle. Here's what I was thinking: the first cycle of HST doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Why not start the first cycle aiming for 100%+5lbs (or 100%+10lbs)? Why wait until your second cycle to increase the load? Now, correct me if I'm wrong...
