Aas And Sarms - Pushing Beyond Natural Genetic Potential

AAS usage has a permanent effect on the maximum amount of muscle mass you can maintain after coming off. As for SARMs, they haven't been around long enough to know. With regards to drug usage, test is arguably the safest overall to use, when kept within reasonable limits. Hence why they use...

These are a few months apart and about 25 to 30 lbs difference. Currently weigh 235 lbs. I don't see much difference in the mirror most days but that's probably mostly psychological. I clearly look fatter in the face in the before pic. I've lost a lot of fat from my legs for some reason...

Didn't Bryan Tell Us This Like A Long Time Ago?

I'm totally convinced that SDs or deloads help progress. The only issue is people use them improperly. Unless you know your body well enough to know when you're too close to the edge and need to SD, then they need to be programmed in sensibly by someone who knows what they are doing. Breaking...

People try to tell me I look good all the time but I never really believe them. All I see is baby arms, lats too small, fat, etc. But today I finally felt some sort of validation for all my efforts when my six year old son told me I look like a superhero after we watched Avengers. That gave me...

    Back to Basics

So I decided I was getting a little too fat. Also, I was getting kind of bored so decided to start slowly cutting. No actual diet. I just don't eat until I get home, so we can call it intermittent fasting, I guess. I've stopped progressing load, sticking with lifting my 5 and 10 RMs for...

    2016 Log

I'm definitely in the same boat for how I deadlift. I've been thinking about ripping off your workouts with regards to deadlifts and then building whatever else I need to do around that. I definitely think I've been doing too much warming up with the bigger lifts. Been playing with reverse...

I don't know how you deadlift that often. How much warming up do you do? I got to try those seated back raises finally. They are a bit awkward at first but once you get the groove going, they are awesome. Good call on raising the bench up.

I'm thinking of giving his routine a whirl over the autumn and winter months. Looks fun.

Barry Merriman - A Discussion Of Volume, Hypertrophy, And The Internet Of Yesteryear

Interesting. Looks like a reverse pyramid sort of routine. I've always been too wary to do as few warmups as he suggests. Seems like Martin of leangains fame has pushed something similar. Crazy or not, it's definitely worked for him.

Yeah having a wife and kids makes it hard to get into that kind of trouble anymore. Plus its not good for the gains, staying up for 24+ hours doing young adult stuff.

Also not sure how well FFMI applies to outliers. As I've said before, I have a condition that causes unusually dense bones so my frame is actually smaller than someone with a similar amount of overall bone mass. Currently, my FFMI is pretty much at 25 so I shouldn't be able to make more gains...

I'm not really sure what your point is or what you are trying to say. Are you asking a question? Numbers absolutely are important though. How else can you judge your progress? Also, using strength numbers against something like the exrx strength standards charts is very helpful in seeing where...

20 Breathing Reps For All Exercises

If only there were some kind of training log where you could see exactly what I've been doing. Hint, the last 2 or 3 pages show recent workouts as well as progress pics and measurements. Still doing HST, with myo reps like I've said.

Is Load Progression Necessary For Hypertrophy?
