    I find it funny that the only time I get comments from co-workers and friends about my muscle growth is after weeks of cutting. I've likely lost some muscle with several inches of fat which makes it sort of ironic that they would claim I was bulking up on muscle.

    Absolutely nothing. I train exactly the same. Same HST days Sun Tues Thurs, and Aerobic days on Mon and Wed. I also do the before and after protein on Aerobic days, except I tend to only do one scoop if I'm cutting.
