    2 week AAS cycle

    If I understand what everyone's saying correctly, then the idea is to use a sequence of short cycles instead of one big long session. I seem to recall having read that 2 on, 2 off is a decent way to do it, but I can't remember now where I read that. Where is this faq that you're referencing?
