    IMO only use hammers every now and then; stick with barbell & EZ bar curls, with HST you're only likely to hit the bi's with one or two sets I'd use the above mass builders. Regarding form, it's imperative to hit the target muscle, therefore try a 15 rep set nice a light to get a good feel...

    Skullcrushers are a fantastic exercise; they allow a heavy load to be placed on the tricep through a big range of motion. However IMO you should only lower the bar just behind your head and never anywhere near your forehead or face; doing this will limit the load and stress the elbows / wrists...

    Hi Guys, I’ve been around for a while now, just reading up on the old posts, switching to a full body workout was quite a leap of faith, but right now I’m enjoying HST; I was just wondering if there are any competitive Natural bodybuilders out there? All the best. :D
