Hi I'm from Denmark.
I'm still in my 1. cycle of HST (almost done now). I don't think I have gained any inches anywhere, but that is probably because I'm loosing weight.
I'm pretty new to weigh training / BB and I'll definately give it another shot.
My primary goal is to lose fat. Im 184 cm and my weight is 100 kg. I'm rather new to BB - so I haven't got all that much muscle weight yet. (i.e. very much of the 100 kg is fat).
My long time goal is to build muscles - but be clearly defined (the 6 packs is a must).
My question is - is HST the...
