    Add More Weight?

    I am just about to start HST. I am sorta confused. Should I go the max weight for 15 reps at the end of the first two weeks, and then drop the weights down some for the 10 reps? Or should I go the max weight for 15 reps at the end of the first two weeks, and then keep adding weight everyworkout...
