say my squat is as follows
15 rep max 80 lbs
10 rep max 90 lbs
5 rep max 100 lbs
won't the poundages over lap ??
i.e.
55 60 65 70 75 80 -15 RM (Rep Max)
65 70 75 80 85 90 - 10 RM
overlapping at 80 ? 2nd week of the 15 RM's and beginning of...
