    I've got this creatine-glycerol-phosphate from Metabolic Nutrition. It says 1 scoop has 10g of creatine-glycerol-phosphate. It also says that if you are over 175lbs you should take 3 scoops per day (30 grams). I read in the FAQ here to take 3-5 gr of creatine a day. Am I missing something? How...
