psychedout.. HST is a set of principals its not a workout routine..bryan has invested a lot of time and effort (free of charge) into studying how muscle grows then he has set out some principals based on those studies and experience in the gym...all you have to do is work out a routine that...
pierre agree with everything tot says..also even though you know what to do not everyone has the willpower to do it (you can lead a horse to water etc) if you are doubting HST give it a try and see if it works for you then post some before and after pics
started on B) routine today tried last week but had gastrics and was to week...it went OK but think i might have rotator cuff problems couldnt do db bench to sore..think i might visit a sports physio if it carries on...think i will do some hiit tommorow and thursday and A) routine friday

Leg Curls..could do without these dl work hammies
Bench Press..i would ues a slight incline because you have dips...
Standing Calf Raise
Dips
Deadlift
Military Press
Pull Ups
Barbell Shrugs..you could drop these and do a shrug on your deadlifts..
Close Grip Bench..prefer skullcrushers...

Also, I've started implementing a rotator cuff W.O. at the end of each training session, therefore 3 times a week. The workout is from the article, "tackling the rotator cuff conundrum" it's stickied somewhere. Am i asking for trouble using this routine 3 times a week...
