    Well I completed my first day of the 10's on Sunday and everything went fine. However, on Monday I felt terrible. Must have caught the flu as I was coughing, sneezing, had a runny nose and my body was aching all over. What do I do? Do I skip this week and let my body recover from the illness...

    Thanks for your advice. I just finished my last day of 15's and I arent I happy about that Next cycle I might try 1 set per exercise for the 15's cause nearly every workout I felt like vomiting at least once.     Maybe cut it back to 2x sets per workout for biceps & triceps? I was thining of doing that though I didnt think 6 totals sets per week was enough.
