That's a REALLY good point.
I guess I'm also eating very very clean.  A typical day looks like this:
Breakfast:  1/2 cup scrambled eggs, 2 pancakes, 1 cup 2% milk
Lunch:  Chicken burger, salad, 2 cups 2% milk, 1/2 cup french fries
Dinner:  Full chicken breast, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, salad...
